These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The PokeMart (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the purchase of Pokémon trading card products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 
 
2. Product Information
 
We specialize in sealed Pokémon trading card packs. While packs are sealed and untampered with, customers should be aware that it is possible to weigh packs to speculate on potential contents. However, no guarantees are made regarding card contents, rarity, or value.
 
 
3. No Returns or Refunds for Opened or Weighed Packs
 
Due to the collectible and speculative nature of trading card products:
 

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns based on changes of mind, perceived weight, or dissatisfaction with card contents.

• Weighing packs or inspecting for rarity does not qualify as a reason for return.

 
 
4. Returns Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
 
We only accept returns if:
 

• The item arrives damaged, or

• You receive the wrong item.

 
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

 
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 
When an order is placed, we incur a non-refundable transaction fee from our payment processor (approx. 2.1% of the order value).
 

• If you request to cancel your order, any refund issued will be minus this transaction fee, as it cannot be recovered by us.

• If your order has already been shipped, standard return policies will apply instead.

• In certain cases (such as accidental duplicate orders or immediate cancellations within 1 hour of purchase), we may waive this fee at our discretion.

 
Please note: we make all reasonable efforts to clearly display holiday closures, shipping delays, or notices on our website. Placing an order during these times constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
 
 
6. Limitation of Liability
 
We are not responsible for:

• Customer assumptions about card values or contents.

• Losses from weighing packs and expecting certain outcomes.

• Third-party grading results.

Pokémon and all related names, logos, and intellectual property are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.
 
 
8. Governing Law
 
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws.
